Download from Official Source

Visit `rabby.io` or the verified Chrome Web Store listing. Phishing clones exist; verify the publisher before installing.

Create or Import Wallet

If you already use MetaMask or another EVM wallet, select "I already have an address" and import via seed phrase, private key, or hardware wallet.

Set a Strong Password

This password encrypts your local wallet data and unlocks the extension on your device. Rabby does not store it—if you forget it, you must reset and re-import.

Back Up Your Seed Phrase

Write the 12-word phrase on paper and store it offline. This phrase is the only way to recover your wallet if your device is lost or browser data is cleared. Rabby cannot recover it for you.

Test with a Small Amount

Before moving significant funds, send a small test transaction to confirm everything works as expected.
